With years of experience behind us & as pet owners ourselves we understand & take great care so your pets are able to stay home whilst you are having a holiday knowing with regular updates that everything is just purrrfect. 😉

We also know first hand how daunting it can be leaving your home & your life in someone else’s hands (we felt the same on our first time!) but rest assured we believe that our clients & sitters are all friends & that is the key to a successful business.

All of our sitters are DBS checked & interviewed by us personally & we will only match a sitter with your requirements & will never try & place someone who hasn’t the right experience for your needs.

Some of our sitters are asked to return time & time again to look after the same home & pets which is how we like it to be & this to us is paramount in that if we can work it this way, then we will always go above & beyond to ensure familiarity stays as much as possible.

We are not miracle workers but what we are doing is “listening” ;).

For us this is all about personalisation, you will speak to us personally from the offset, you will be allocated the same person for communication throughout & you will get to know your sitter before your long awaited break making the whole process smooth, personable & above all else relaxing.

There is nothing worse than you wanting to book a break away & your enquiry seems to take forever to be answered, not with us, we are back to you usually same day!.
